With our fully managed service, there are NO UPFRONT or tenant find fees. This service provides full management of your property throughout. This includes finding a suitable tenant, providing a detailed inventory, drawing up the lease and all relevant paperwork, collecting rent and protecting the deposit, carrying out periodic inspections and dealing with maintenance issues. Our aim is to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible, removing any stress for you as Landlord.
